Prince Georges County and Maryland State Workers are eligible for the NSP program. This includes Teachers, Police Officers, Fire Fighters, County Workers, State Workers, and Nurses.
Maryland Veterans Home Ownership Initiative for Prince George’s County
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Must be a Veteran
- Provide up to all closing costs plus a 20% down payment
- Homebuyer must contribute a minimal cash outlay of $1,000
Work and Live in College Park
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Get up to 10% of the purchase price (up to $35,000) in down payment and closing cost assistance
- Must purchase a foreclosed home in College Park 20740 Zip Code
- Minimum cash contribution buy homebuyers Is $2,000
Grants for Maryland & Prince Georges County Employees (Teachers, Nurses, Police Officers, Firefighters)
- Maryland has up to $12,500 for first time homebuyers
- Down payment and closing assistance available
- Participating Employers provide matching funds
